By commissioning any of my services you agree with following Terms of Service.COMMUNICATION
I am really open for communication and would like to hear as much details about your model rig as possible^^REVISIONS
All revisions and edits are free and don't have limit on amount of themPAYMENTS
1) Two-step payments: 50% are paid upfront and second 50% are paid after commission is finished
2) Commercial and merchendise use fees are included in base priceDEADLINES AND DELIVERY
1) Typical turnaround time for model rigging is 60 days but it may depend on complexity of model and amount of toggles.
2) Typical turnaround time for a single emote animation is 3 days but it may depend on complexity of emote and amount of them.
3) Typical turnaround time for a illustration animation is 14 days but it may depend on complexity of scene.
4) If you will need faster turnaround time rush fee will be applied (10%-200% of base price depending on what turnaround time change will be required).USE
1) You can produce any kind of content or merch using rigging or animations done by me.
2) I am not allowing to resell emotes done by me as a market model.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
1) I only require proper crediting me as your rigger.
2) Product rigged by me is fully owned by you.
3) .cmo3 file isn't included in base price.REFUNDS
1) Refunds TBD. Time lost fee will be charged in case if commission already started at the moment when refund is asked. Time lost fee will be charged, the % of time lost fee will be determined by amount of time that was spent on the model.
2) If payment was done as slot reservation fee, deposit will be non-refundable.
